What are your opening hours?

During the season, we are open every day from 8:00am until 7:00pm, with the restaurant closing at 6:30pm

Does it matter what time of day I collect my pre-ordered tree on the allocated date?

No! We welcome collections at any time of day, providing that we are still open.

Am I able to purchase a tree and take it away on the day?

After the 28th of November, we store a selection of beautiful pre-cut trees in our tree pens that you can choose from and take away the same day. If you are looking to partake in our "Choose your own" service, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice in order to cut your tree down and allow it a resting period to ensure that it lasts.

Can I book a table in the restaurant?

Unfortunately the restaurant will not be operating normally during 2020

How much are your trees?

Our tree prices can be found in the shop

Can I have my tree delivered?

Yes! Our delivery pricing is £15 within the Torbay area, £25 for Plymouth and Exeter and £50 for Bristol

If I have opted for delivery, do I get a time slot for delivery on the day?

Unfortunately we cannot provide estimated time slots for our deliveries

Can I get a tree stand with my tree?

Yes! We have a variety of stands for different sizes of tree in our shop. Ask somebody in store for assistance!

Is there parking available on site?

Yes! We have car parking on site - but on weekends and peak times parking spaces do often run out.

What animals can I see when I'm there?

Typically we have Reindeer on site, often accompanied by other farm animals such as goats and turkeys

When is the market on?

The market usually runs for 2 weekends. We have not finalised our market for this year yet, so stay tuned to our social media for specifics

Can I change my collection/delivery date?

Yes! Your collection date can be changed. If you wish to bring your collection date forward, please ensure there is a minimum notice of 48 hours so that we can prepare your tree for collection. Just contat us and we'll modify your date!
