Delivery Policy

We offer a delivery service for our Christmas trees when purchased as part of our Choose Your Own service, or during our Christmas season when choosing a cut tree in our pens.
We will not, and cannot guarantee specific delivery time slots due to the nature of our delivery team. We use a third party delivery courier to ensure that we can offer delivery on every day during the Christmas Period.

We ask that you retain the perforated tag that comes with your tree so that you can ensure that the right tree has been delivered to you. When taking delivery information, we ask that you provide a safe location in the event that you are not home during the delivery. You are welcome to leave this blank – we will return the tree to the farm and make alternative arrangements. We may charge an administration fee in the event that we re-deliver a tree due to customer error. If you leave a safe location, you assume all responsibility for the tree’s safety. Our delivery couriers will ensure that they take a photo of each tree in the designated safe location.

We charge an additional £5 for each additional tree to be delivered providing that the address is the same as the first tree delivered in your name (during the same delivery period).
